1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KatVerra website at katverra.com and the use of any services provided by KatVerra. By visiting this website or requesting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage KatVerra for services.

KatVerra reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

KatVerra provides virtual business support services including virtual assistance, administrative support, marketing support, AI business support, data analysis and reporting, automation and workflow support, web design and WordPress, graphics and branding, and local SEO and citation building.

All services are delivered remotely. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are agreed between KatVerra and the client prior to work commencing. Work does not begin until both parties have confirmed the scope and KatVerra has acknowledged the engagement in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow KatVerra to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information relevant to the project
• Supply required assets, access credentials, content, and materials within agreed timeframes
• Provide timely feedback and approvals at agreed review stages
• Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly and in writing
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials they provide to KatVerra

Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required information, materials, or approvals in a timely manner may affect project timelines. KatVerra is not responsible for delays that result from late or incomplete client input.

4. Project Scope and Changes

The agreed scope of work is defined prior to commencement. Any additions, changes, or expansions to the original scope that are requested after work has begun may be treated as a separate engagement and may be subject to additional fees. KatVerra will communicate any scope changes and associated costs in advance before proceeding with additional work.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing for services is agreed before work begins. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, are confirmed as part of the project agreement. KatVerra reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project where payments are overdue. Completed work remains the property of KatVerra until payment is received in full.

All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

6. Revisions and Approvals

KatVerra includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed project scope. The specific number of included revisions is confirmed at the start of each engagement. Revision requests that fall outside the agreed scope or that substantially change the original brief may be subject to additional charges. Once a client provides written approval of a deliverable, that item is considered final.

7. Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials: Any content, images, logos, or materials provided by the client to KatVerra remain the property of the client. The client warrants that they have the right to use and share all materials provided for the purpose of the project.

Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client. KatVerra retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Tools and processes: KatVerra retains ownership of any proprietary processes, templates, workflows, or tools used in the delivery of services that are not part of the agreed deliverables.

8. Confidentiality

KatVerra treats all client information, business details, and project materials as confidential. KatVerra will not disclose client information to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. Clients agree to treat any non-public information shared by KatVerra as confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

KatVerra delivers services with reasonable care and skill. However, KatVerra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from services provided, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Where KatVerra's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement by providing written notice. Where a client cancels after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Deposits paid are non-refundable unless KatVerra is unable to commence the agreed work. KatVerra reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement at its discretion, in which case a fair refund for any incomplete paid work will be issued.

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. KatVerra makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but does not warrant that all content is error-free or complete at all times. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without prior written permission from KatVerra.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KatVerra operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from service engagements will be resolved first through good-faith discussion between the parties.
